Extremely rare car with fewer then 200 cars actually produced in a three year run from 1995-1997. This car is #166 of 200 and is on the Comp T/A registry. The car is 1 of 45 produced in 1996 and only 1 of 23 made with an automatic transmission and t-tops. The car has power windows, power locks, power mirrors, A/C, power seat, cruise, ram air, and of course t-tops. It also has an upgraded stereo (with remote) that is set up for subwoofers in the trunk space. It has brand new rotors (drilled and slotted) and brake pads that are still in the break in period. A car cover, two sets of keys, Comp T/A key chain, original 1996 Comp T/A information sheet brochure are also included. This car received all available options from SLP that an automatic could get in 1996, including the oil cooler package, bilstein level 2 sport suspension, and the torsen torque sensing differential. These cars are only increasing in value and are hard to find. I’ve owned this car for a little over six months and am only selling because I’m moving to Alaska. The paint of the car is pretty good for being 23 years old but not perfect it does have some scratches. Also note there is a small wear mark on the drivers seat and a couple of the rims do have some marks on them. Will gladly send pictures of the spots noted to anyone who is interested. The original red bright red paint retains a level of gloss and shine that tells you it has led a well-respected and garage-kept life. And that makes sense, because these Bandit II Firebirds are a rare treat. This came from the specialty house at Choo... Choo Customs – the same people who created the El Camino SS when Chevy wouldn't. They added a well-integrated full body kit, quad exhaust tips, a hood scoop, and the kind of hood bird we haven't seen since the muscle car days. Plus, the pinstripe surrounds all the glass and hugs the parameter of the entire lower portion of the car, and on every side, it also tells people this is a special Firebird. Then again, people were already taking notice thanks to a coordinating gold wheel package that looked just like what came on the expensive GTA Trans Am. Inside there is more of the special treatment with gold Bandit II stitching on the floor mats and headrests. And once again, their condition is so crisp and clear that this looked nearly showroom fresh. This coordinates well with the gold dash/center console and special number plaque below the glove box. This car is #85 out of 600 planned for 1990, but there's a suspension that Choo Choo never reached anywhere near full production back in the day. So their bad luck makes this rare classic is even rarer today! Plus, more than just custom, this Firebird is loaded. You get power windows, power locks, an anti-theft system, tilt wheel, and the factory AM/FM/cassette stereo. Best of all, the air conditioning is blowing nice and cold. So even during the summer season you can feel free to take the T-tops out (even the storage bags are still in the trunk) and keep this special Bandit II open to the world. The engine bay looks just as nicely presented as the rest of the car. Good maintenance of the essentials is combined with carefully preserved components (even the factory decals are still bright!) But we know you want this for more than just for its preservation. The fuel-injected 305 cubic-inch powerplant is known for being smooth on the highway and first off the stoplight. Plus, the four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive also makes this collectable the ideal cruiser - especially when paired with the power steering, front disc brakes, and BF Goodrich T/As. 2000 Pontiac Trans-Am with WS6 Ram-Air/Handling Package. Extremely low mileage at only 38,000 original miles. 6-Speed manual transmission. 17 x 9 original polished aluminum wheels. Navy Blue Metallic Paint and Ebony Leather interior are in excellent-to-like new condition. Paint does have one small area (post-it note sized) of noticeable "orange peel" appearance on the sail panel/roof area but this was there from the factory; does not detract at all from overall appearance. All power accessories and Bose Monsoon Sound System/CD player function. Adult owned and driven easy. Car is in excellent mechanical condition with minimal tire wear on current set.
